What does the monthly fee cover?
The engagement sets out the types and volume of work included. Larger projects and negotiations outside that scope are agreed separately; it is not an unlimited legal service.
What if we only need one agreement reviewed?
Project work is usually the better fit for a single agreement or transaction. You do not need a monthly engagement to work with CounselX.
Who will I work with?
Umar leads every matter. Where local-law or specialist advice is needed, that work is separately engaged.
Can the arrangement change as we grow?
Yes. The scope and fee can be reviewed as the workload changes. Review arrangements and availability are set out in the engagement.
